This workshop focuses on QAQI on the International Academy of Emergency Dispatchers EMD system. A simple working lunch will be provided.

Target Audience

The target audience for this class is IAED Q’s.  Q’s from all EMD systems are welcomed.  Each session of the conference will be 30 or 60 minutes long.
